When a mob such as a wither skeleton, skeleton, or zombie (e.g. a mob who can wear armor/hold items) is given (via NBT editor or other outside tool) leaves as a "helmet," any items held by that mob will turn green. It's just a graphical glitch and definitely isn't important, but I just thought I'd point it out.
