windows 10 64 bit. java "16.0.1". i tried using java's included java.exe isntead of the one that comes included with minecraft. same performance issues.

After updating from 1.16.5 to 1.17 pre 1 on a world thats on a multiplayer server. fps (not tps) for players on that server became horrible. much worse than creating a single player world and playing there.
