Whenever I open up a saved world, the last dog I connected to a lead and then a fencepost is walking around freely, the lead is floating nearby.
What I expected to happen was...:

The dog should stay tethered.

What actually happened was...:

Dog was loose, Lead was floating, and where the dog should have been tethered has rope wrapped around it with nothing attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lead a dog

2. attach lead to fencepost

3. exit to main menu or close game

4. Reopen world

5. Dog should be running around next to you freely, lead floating nearby, and rope wrapped around fencepost.
