In multiplayer mode, we get Can't Send Chat message when we press T during gameplay.

In our Chat Settings.. Chat is set to Shown

However in single player mode, our in game chat function is working fine.

pls advise?

As this is a fresh install and a new account for my son, he hasn't even had the opportunity to "chat" as yet.
