      Description

      The Bug:

The behavior of a goat is slow and delayed when attempting to ram a player that is holding their favorite food.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Switch to survival mode.
      • Summon a goat.
      • Holds its favorite food so that it follows you.
      • Alter the goat's data through the use of the following command, so that it rams you:
      • /execute as @e[type=minecraft:goat,limit=1,sort=nearest] run data modify entity @s Brain.memories."minecraft:ram_cooldown_ticks".value set value 1
      • →  Notice how the speed at which the goat rams you, is very slow compared to what it normally is.
      • →  Also notice how the goat stops in front of you, without ramming you, but remains in the ramming animation.
      • Switch items so that you're holding something else.
      • →  The goat will now ram you.

      Observed Behavior:

The behavior of a goat is slow and delayed when attempting to ram a player that is holding their favorite food.

      Expected Behavior:

The behavior of a goat would not be slow and delayed when attempting to ram a player that is holding their favorite food.
