Projectiles traveling under waterlogged blocks are affected by the motion reduction of water

      Arrows go like underwater wnder any kinds of waterlogged slabs. Arrows create bubbles particles and slow down.

      I tested it on 1.16.5 but 1.17+ probably has this bug
