Players randomly become unable to place blocks

      I was testing MC-225916 and I encountered a weird glitch where it wouldn't let me place down blocks. After a while it let me place them again.

      Not an overly uncommon bug; it happened twice within a couple of hours.

      Only seems to occur in creative mode.
