Normally, your arm that is holding an item sticks out a little bit. However, this is not the case whilst eating food in your other hand.
Steps to reproduce
- Place totem in offhand
- Place food in main hand
- Go in front-view third-person mode (F5 twice)
- Eat the food
--> Notice the hand containing the non-food item moves backwards as if you are not holding it.
