Note: this is not a duplicate of MC-225354 as that ticket presents multiple tags as a feature request, whereas this ticket is regarding a gameplay inconsistency/oversight. Proof from Mojang of this inconsistency being intended would be preferable if this is to be resolved as invalid.

21w19a adds a multitude of block tags to control what tools are needed to break certain blocks to obtain an item from said blocks. These tags concern stone, iron and diamond tools. However, despite there being a wide variety of blocks that require a wooden tool to drop, there exists no tag for this, preventing customizability via block tags.

I do not know if this can be configured directly through loot tables, so this ticket may be invalid if that is the case (please state so if true).
