The bug

In the past, using a fishing rod to cause fall damage would give xp and rare drops. This is no longer the case.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go above a cow
2. Hook it with a fishing rod
3. Reel it in
4. Repeat until the entity dies

 The mob will not drop rare drops or xp.
