so, i made a skin for minecraft and i uploaded it to the launcher and it said that it was succesessful. when i created a new world and entered it, the skin wouldn't show up and it was only stuck on Alex. I tried deinstalling Minecraft, downloading other skins and tried to deinstall other programs that were fishy. But nothing works. Please help?
