after clicking minecart to ride it, somehow i'm not inside the minecart. after that, i just walk to my portal to go to the overworld but when i wait to be teleported, i just stay there (somehow not teleported). i tried to disconnect and reconnect, then when i do, i spawn at the minecart but instantly fell through the floor (there is a block under the rail thankfully so i fall down safely) but outside of the tunnel that i made. everytime i attempt to reconnect the same thing happen. then i tried to enter the tunnel by breaking some blocks and succeded to enter my tunnel but still unable to go through portal

then i decided to try to put my items inside a chest but i cannot interact with the chest. i think it started from the minecart
