      Moss Carpets appropriate tool is still an axe despite moss blocks only needing an hoe to be mined

      Reproduce

      You can see this by pressing F3 and seeing that the moss carpet is in #mineable/axe & #mineable/hoe while the moss block is only in #mineable/hoe
