When closing the inventory while holding an item with the cursor in creative mode, the item still disappears if your inventory is full

      The bug

      MC-87935 still happens if your inventory is full. The item vanishes instead of being dropped like in survival mode. It also plays a hand animation from MC-220167.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Make sure to be in creative mode
      2. Make your inventory full
      3. Take any item from the creative inventory, but don’t place it anywhere
      4. Close the inventory
        The item was deleted instead of being dropped.
