      The Bug:

Players without operator permissions cannot normally destroy blocks inside spawn protection, however, if a player were to throw a projectile at an item frame, the item within it or the item frame itself would be removed/destroyed, regardless of whether or not they're inside spawn protection.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Start a server, join it, give operator permissions to yourself, and switch into creative mode.
      2. Set the world spawn to your current location by using the command provided below.
        /setworldspawn ~ ~ ~
      3. Place down some item frames and some items within them.
      4. Obtain any projectile, for example, some snowballs, and switch into survival mode.
      5. Remove your operator permissions, and grant anyone else with them in order to activate spawn protection.
      6. Attempt to destroy the item frames and remove the items within them by throwing the snowballs at them.
      7. Take note as to whether or not you can destroy item frames and remove the items within them by using projectiles in spawn protection.

      Observed Behavior:

Item frames and their contents are removed/destroyed.

      Expected Behavior:

Item frames and their contents would not be removed/destroyed.
