The edges of clouds appear glitched, as if they're z-fighting, despite not having anything to z-fight with. This affects both fast and fancy clouds.

This bug only happens in negative coordinates and is much more noticeable in the -z direction.

Clarification: This is not the same issue described in MC-161913.
