[Inconsistency] Azalea trees turn podzol into rooted dirt, which is inconsistent

    Description

      When trees grow on podzol, they don't turn it into dirt (unlike other dirt blocks), azalea, however, turns it into the rooted variant of dirt, being the only exception.
