UPDATE
I have resolved the issue myself, I messed around with some settings in my Nvidia Control Panel and found that Threaded Optimization was causing it. Strange, but at least it works

I have a completely vanilla install of Minecraft, and I even got a fresh jar and folders. However, I'm having issues with Minecraft for the very first time! It appears to be texture issues for every single block. I'm attaching a couple examples of the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
