i bought minecraft java edition about a month ago and it was working fine. however, i got a new pc and i tried to login and re-download minecraft but no matter what account i use it doesnt appear on my library. ive tried everything and all i get is "try the free demo" despite me already paying for it. i have the receipt and everything to prove i bought it.
