Mycelium can now support flowers, saplings, nether vegetation & sugar canes

      The Bug

      Mycelium can now support flowers, saplings, nether vegetation & sugar cane to be placed on it on it despite in previous versions only allowing mushrooms to be placed on it. Also based on MC-171446 Nether vegetation should not be able to be placed on Mycelium

      Possible Fix

      This was added to the #dirt tag so removing it will fix this issue
