My mc launcher will not open. If i double click, a loading symbol pops up next to my mouse and then go away without any opening. Taskmanager does not show anything. 

I have:

Uninstalled

Removed mods

installed java again

Updated my driver

Ended incompatible softwares

Ran mincraft as administrator

deleted launcher_properties.json

deleted .minecraft

And still Nothing, Please help

I have also tried with FTB launcher which works but not curseforge. Badlion work but not Lunar.
