I got Minecraft just yesterday and I have tried uploading a skin following every possible guide. While looking in the skin library, I see the skin is there and it says that i have selected it but when i run the game and play I am Steve and I can't even change to Alex. I also scanned for malware that could be interfering with Minecraft but such is nowhere to be found.
