So On Minecraft, I Applied The Glowing Effect using /effect give @e glowing without a seconds timer, then the glowing effect wouldn't be removed, I kept using /effect clear @e glowing to remove the effect, but it wouldn't get rid of the Glowing effect on Mobs, which said Effect Not On Target, It kept identifying the mobs as clear of all effects. Any way I can fix this issue?
