      Expected behavior

If goats cannot reach a destination, they use a large jump (if applicable & ready) to reach it. For instance, holding wheat 3 blocks above a goat with no direct path available would prompt the goat to use a large jump to reach the player.

      Actual behavior

Goats only use large jumps randomly. Though they land on specific blocks, they do not use it for pathfinding.

      To reproduce

To test this, I held wheat in a location inaccessible to the goat unless it used large jumps. Instead of using large jumps, it walked to the closest possible point it could get using normal pathfinding. When I stopped holding the wheat, it immediately jumped up onto the ledge, indicating its large jump cooldown was over.

It seems that the goats simply do not use large jumps while pathfinding to a position. It only makes sense that they should.
