According to MCPE-123573, the axolotl isn't supposed to be bred/fed with tropical fish items. Instead, the bucket of tropical fish only can be used to breed and fed the axolotl, just like IRL, where axolotl eats live fish. On Java however, you can breed axolotls with tropical fish items. This is not in parity with Bedrock Edition.
