Description:
   **   When you place a Soul Lantern with the /setblock of /fill command under a block, it doesn't       connect to it.

How to recreate:

   1. Get a soul Lantern

 2. Place 3 blocks and remove the first 2

   3. Place a Soul Lantern under the block. as you can see, it connects to the block

4. Use a setblock command like this

   5. As you can see, after the setblock command the Lantern didn't connect to the block
