Hello,

I have a friend who bought minecraft a week ago, he played in solo mode, but we wanted to play multiplayer on hypixel but we sa he cannot play on any server. When he plays solo, we don't even see the skin he downloaded, we just see Steve. An old friend played minecraft with the cracked version a month ago maybe it is because of that. But we uninstalled everything, we tried everything to play together. When he tries to join my private server, in my console there is 

"com.mojang.authlib.GameProfile@ef4a7fb[id=<null>,name=LaQuica57100,properties={},legacy=false] (/91.161.164.36:39720) lost connection: Disconnected".
