Basic scenario:

1. Place two dispensers facing upwards on top of each other
2. Place an item in the bottom dispenser
3. Power the bottom dispenser (ex. place a button on the bottom dispenser and press it)
4. EXPECTED: Item is ejected from the top dispenser because both dispensers are powered at the same time. This works with most items.

The inconsistency

• Expected behavior works with simple fireworks (without a firework star)
• Expected behavior DOESN'T work with fireworks that contain a firework star . The firework will explode between the two dispensers
