Shift + Right clicking a candled-cake does not remove the candle from the cake.

What I expected to happen was...:
When shift + right clicking a cake (or right click with full hunger) the candle would pop off the cake without the cake being eaten (if not at full hunger, or if in creative mode).

What actually happened was...:
The candle could not be removed from the cake unless eaten.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place cake
2. add candle
3. Try to remove candle by sneaking+right click (with empty hand)
