My realm is glitched all animals on my realm are moving at 5 frams per second and I cant eat food or use a furnace

      When I teleported to the coordinates 10000 100 10000 and built a base my world broke all the animals started to lag and I couldn't do anything. The game started buffering between night and day and I couldnt use a furnace can you all do anything to help me?
