Dust is not powering piston when it should (1st picture), inconsistent with other 1.16 dust changes (2nd picture). Dust is on 1 signal strength, and as per Mojang's wishes, "Dust pointing into anything powers said thing."

How to recreate:
1) Make any new world or join any 1.16.x server
2) Recreate setup, with WEIGHTED pressure plate, not wooden or stone. (just make sure dust has one signal strength)
3) Observe the inconsistency

This could be one of two things:
1) Dust should power the piston, but doesn't
2) Dust shouldn't power the piston, but still shows that it does
