When throwing a splash potion, the Potion breaks and particles are being released. I'm not entirely sure wether this is a "bug" or not, but when throwing the potion, the particles spawn In the center of the block, thats the nearest to the thrown potion. This not gamebreaking or anything, but a small lack of detail, supposingly.
