Currrently in Minecraft (Java Edition) in The End there are 10 obsidian Pillars in a circle around the central fountain, however the Pillars that have negative coordinates are off by one block in relation to the fountain. And similarily the 20 End gateways that are summoned around the main End island once the dragon is killed, are also off by one block when they are in the negative coordinates.

As seen in the attached image, the Blue (East), and Yellow (North) lines both connect up to the central black block which is directly above the centre of the fountain (0,0), however the Green (West), and Purple (South) lines are off coordinates by one block
