Repro steps:

1. Launch the game.
2. Create a new game in Creative Mode.
3. Spawn Lazy Panda from Egg.
4. Change game Mode to Survival Mode.
5. Wait until Lazy Panda lays on it's back
6. Attack Panda once with empty hand.
7. Observe the issue.

Observed results:

Lazy Panda when attacked during laying on the back animation is stuck in said animation and has long response time to attack back player.

Upon first attack response time seems to be shorter. After second attack on the same spawn of Lazy Panda, it can take longer to quit laying on the back animation and attack back player.

Expected results:

Lazy Panda quits laying on the back animation promptly to proceed to attack back the player.
