Can't play on servers

      Everytime I play on Hypixel a text appears saying "failed to log in". My friends can play online. This might be because this is a fairly new account (bought on 7 march). I've tried everything on Google but nothing works. It may also be that my account isn't verified yet as my skinss don't appear in-game but do in the launcher...PLEASE HELP
