The Bug:
The Fishing rod doesn't change sprites or cast a line when used, it only makes a noise.

Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Obtain a Fishing Rod
Step 2: Cast a line

Observed results:
The Fishing Rod's line seems to be invisible and it doesn't change the sprite when used, but it can still catch fish.

Expected results:
The Fishing Rod is supposed to cast a visible line and change hand sprites.
