      The Bug:

      Chunk border outlines are not affected by the fog from the blindness and darkness effects.

      This also affects the fog from powder snow, lava, and water, but this issue is a "Won't Fix" as stated in MC-220523.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable chunk borders by pressing "F3 + G".
      2. Give yourself the blindness effect by using the command provided below.
        /effect give @s minecraft:blindness
      3. Observe your surroundings.
      4. Take note as to whether or not chunk border outlines are affected by the fog from the blindness and darkness effects.

      Observed Behavior:

      Chunk border outlines are not affected by the given fog.

      Expected Behavior:

      Chunk border outlines would be affected by the given fog.
