Blocks like Smooth Quartz, Smooth Sandstone, and Red Smooth Sandstone lack a border around them. Smooth Stone, keeps this border around it, and it is inconsistent with other smooth blocks. It also does not make sense as it is being smelted from a "natural block" like stone.
