I cant see any skins including my own in Minecraft 1.16.5, multiplayer and singleplayer

      I cannot see skins 99% of the time except for random exceptions, like everyone in the server will be steve and alex but one person whos skin I can see. So far I haven't been able to find anyone with the same issues.
