When I fish, there was no boober or fish being caught, but the durability still decreases without anything being done. Only in 21w11a, 21w10a works just fine 

What I expected to happen was...:
When I cast a fishing rod it should do whatever it suppose to do which is cast the boober with the animation, and catch the fish

What actually happened was...:
But nothing happened, the boober wasn't cast, there weren't any animation to show whether a fish is caught, this only happen in 21w11a, which is the newest update till this point. When I go back to 21w10a, it's okay 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a fishing rod
2. Cast it
3. Doesn't work
