As you can see from the pictures, the screen particles are shown, to prove fishing engagement/attempt.
After a while, I am shown the trail particles of "something" approaching where the fishing hook should be, but I cannot actually see nor the fishing hook, nor the fishing wire.
21w11a is the only version this is happening in.

Also, the item's texture does not change (as you can see in the attached picture)
