Slowness effect doesn't prevent sprint jumping at regular speed

      What I expected to happen while affected by slowness was: 

      Not being able to sprint jump, or, at least, doing so at reduced speed

      What actually happened was:
      Being able to sprintjump, like the slowness effect wasn't even on me

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Be affected by slowness effect (the higher the effect level, the more it is noticable) 
      2. Sprint
      3. Jump
