Zombies can spawned with extra max health, but their current health is still 20

      Zombies can sometimes spawned as a leader zombie, with have extra health, however this only applied to their maximum health, not the current health, their current health is still 20. This makes their spawning is useless, unless the player is crazy enough to manually heal them with splash potion of harming.
