The Bug:

Lead/fishing line is no longer affected by the fog from powder snow/lava.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Cast a fishing rod whilst in a large area of powder snow/lava.
  →  Notice how you can clearly see the fishing line.
• Attach a lead to a strider in a large area of powder snow/lava.
  →  Notice how you can clearly see the lead.

This did not happen in 21w08b.
