The Bug:

Noise pillars can generate without connecting to both the ground and ceiling, which makes them look unnatural.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Enter the any of the following seed + coordinates.

Seed: -205621722095813482
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -1468.17 -56.24 345.66 -396.20 -20.36
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -2543.45 -55.27 -30.94 -137.31 -26.67

→  Notice how noise pillars can generate in unnatural looking circumstances.
