I dont know if anyone has posted this yet but I couldn't find any.

In this snapshot, the advancements seem to not always pop up when they should. For example, I crafted a stone pickaxe and closed the crafting table. Then moved the pickaxe to a different hotbar slot and got the 'Getting An Upgrade' advancement. Then I smelted some iron, made an iron pickaxe, and went below Y=0 to find diamonds and died to mobs with keep inventory on. When I respawned, I got the advancement for getting iron. In the screenshot attached, you can see at least one advancement is out of order, where I should have had iron before the iron pickaxe. 

How to recreate: earn some advancements in survival mode and mess around with things, like moving items or dying with keep inventory on.
