The under water blue fog is gone

      I have 24 gigs of RAM

      I'm not sure what's going on, but i got the latest snapshot, and when i started up a new seed, and went under water, i realized there's no blue fog/haze underwater.

      I'm going to attach a picture showing what i mean.
