My sibling and I were defeating the ender dragon in a lan party; we had destroyed all the crystals and gotten the dragon to around half health. We were having connectivity issues (I was able to join the world but not interact) so my sibling (the host) relogged. When they returned, the dragon was at full health again. The crystals were all still destroyed.
