When I was checking out the new 1.17 snapshots, I found 2 big issues. The first one is that the ocean bed terrain is very... rough. It almost looks like a version of the basalt deltas, except without all the fire and lava (obviously, but speaking of lava, I noticed an increase of magma blocks which is very annoying). In previous versions, the ocean terrain is much more smoother and easier to build on if you want to build an underwater house. The second issue is that I found was some areas with the lighting engine just not working at all, and it wasn't just a visual glitch, because I saw that monsters were spawning there. In these areas I would also find some very noticeable chunk borders, like a tree being cut in half or a small plains area being raised suddenly to a mountain biome. I know these issues aren't just my computer because this is one of the newest Mac computers, and I did some testing by creating multiple worlds with the same seed, and sure enough, the bugs were still there. Please fix these issues before the first release of 1.17, that would be great. Thanks!
