In some cases, a big dripleaf tilts when touched from the side. When the player is sprinting and jumps so that he lands right before the Plant and runs against the side if it, the Dripleaf will tilt. This works, when the player lands on a block exaktly one block below the Dripleaf Plant next to the Dripleaf Plant (as seen in the attachment). The height of the Dripleaf do not matter. The Bug only occurs if the player jumps in a range of 3 to 5 blocks so that he lands up to 1 block away from the Dripleaf. When the Player touches the Plant while jumping and then falls down (not on it), nothing will happend. I also found out that there has to be at least two blocks of air or blocks with air like torches above the plant.
